Abstract

It is a three storey building without a basement of administrative building with a flat roof. The building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete, structural system with load bearing columns and slabs, based on two-stage monolithic concrete footings and ground beams. Modular network is in the longitudinal direction of 6 m and in the transverse direction of 6 m, narrower central module of 1.8 m. The project includes a technical report, technical assessment of the thermal building envelope, energy label the envelope of the building and in the drawing of the situation, the individual floor plans, foundations, roof, sections and views at a scale M: 1:50.
