Vliv aplikovaného tepelného zpracování na mikrostrukturu a mechanické vlastnosti slitiny AlSi10Mg připravené metodou powder bed fusion

Abstract

This thesis is focusing on the effect of applied heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy AlSi10Mg made by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF). In the introduction there is characterization of aluminium, like construction material and its alloy AlSi10Mg, mostly used in automotive and aerospace industry due low density, good strength and corrosion resistance. There’s detailed characterised principle of additive technology LPBF, benefits and specifics in the context of aluminium alloy production. The main part of the work focuses on the study of the influence of different heat treatment on the final microstructure and mechanical properties of the AlSi10Mg alloy. Mechanical results came from tests of hardness and static tensile test. The microstructure was analysed by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
