Abstract

In this thesis, the question of the use of selected lean manufacturing tools in industry will be addressed. This issue will be addressed in the factory TATRA, a.s., Kopřivnice. The work is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical part I will present the company TATRA, a.s., Kopřivnice and will define the principles and tools of lean production applicable in industry. The practical part describes the implementation of selected lean manufacturing tools in a specific production process. For the selected tools there will be evaluated the benefits of their application.
