Návrh strategie vybraného podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh strategie vybrané stavební společnosti, a navržení budoucího vývoje podnikatelského prostředí, na jejímž základě jsou zformulovány strategické alternativy pro budoucí rozvoj dané společnosti ABC s.r.o. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou dílčích částí – na teoretická východiska a praktickou část, která je aplikována na konkrétní podnik. Na základě PEST analýzy, analýzy vnitřních zdrojů, finanční analýzy a SWOT je nejprve zhodnocen stav podniku. Poté je zpracován návrh doporučení a strategie s ohledem na finanční možnosti a reálnou proveditelnost změny.

The thesis develops the strategy for the chosen construction company. The thesis also researches future development of the business environment, based on which strategic alternatives for the future development of the company ABC ltd. are formulated. The thesis itself is divided into two part – theoretic base and application part, which applies theoretic knowledge on the specific company. Based on PEST analysis, internal resources analysis and SWOT the state of the company is evaluated first. Based on information collected in analysis the recommendations and strategy are formulated, with consideration given to financial effectivity and feasibility of the changes.
