Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the products of thermal decomposition of vegetable oils at different temperatures and the determination of selected fire technical characteristics of these oils. The theoretical part of this work contains basic information about the composition of vegetable oils, their production, a brief description of selected types of oils and their use. Furthermore, there is information about selected PTCH and gaseous products analysis using Fouriertransform infrared spectroscopy. The practical part contains a description and results of measuring the determination of selected PTCH and the preparation of oil emissions and their subsequent analysis. Furthermore, the practical part contains an evaluation of the results obtained and a proposal of measures.
