Polyfunkční dům v Třinci

Abstract

The topic of the master´s thesis is the development of project documentation for a multifunctional house in Třinec at the stage of construction according to the Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.. This is a basement building with one underground and three above-ground floors. A skeleton reinforced concrete supporting system with two flat roofs due to the lowered part of the building by two floors. The building designed will serve as a civic amenity. The content of the documentation at the stage of construction is a technical report and a drawing part. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures and the energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and a static calculation of one selected structural element – T horizontal die.
