Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku provádějícího stavební práce

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat konkurenceschopnost vybraného podniku, zhodnotit jeho aktuální situaci a navrhnout doporučení k udržení či zlepšení jeho postavení na trhu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s podnikáním a konkurencí a představeny metody využívané k hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku prostřednictvím různých analýz a je doplněna o strukturovaný rozhovor s jednatelem společnosti. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou v závěru práce navrhnuta doporučení pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.

The goal of this thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the selected company, to evaluate its current situation and to propose recommendations to maintain or improve its market position. The thesis includes a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to business and competition and introduces the methods used to evaluate the competitiveness of the company. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company through various analyses and is complemented by a structured interview with the company's CEO. Based on the findings, the thesis concludes by proposing recommendations for strengthening the competitiveness of the company.
