Abstract
The bachelor´s thesis deals with business efficiency measurement of company by using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first section describes business performance, measurement methods and company strategy. Next section explains Balanced Scorecard method and its creation. In the last section is assessment Balanced Scorecard method.
