The aim of this bachelor thesis is describe, analyze and find out some information about selected alternative cinemas in Ostrava.
Evaluation is carried out by observation in combination with Mystery Shopping.
The theoretical part is devoted the competition, marketing research and marketing mix of services. The practical part describes individual cinemas using marketing mix and is evaluated research using methods of observation with Mystery Shopping.
