Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes technological processes of the production of coke. The first part is focused on the coking properties of coal. The subsequent parts depict the individual stages of coal production, from the preparation of coal charge to the production of coke. The final part, which is based on the study of technical literature, describes the properties of produced coke, coking by-products and their subsequent use. The conclusion is dedicated to the assessment of the findings.
