Studie činnosti krizového štábu

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice činnosti krizového štábu, především dokumentační činnosti, a mapové symbolice pro řešení mimořádných událostí a krizových situací. V práci je provedena dekompozice systému bezpečnostní dokumentace krizových štábů. Dále obsahuje rešerši současných, ale i v minulosti používaných, znakových sad pro potřeby krizového řízení, jak v České republice, tak i ve světě. Na základě rozboru dostupných dokumentů pro dokumentační činnost krizového štábu, vázaných na rozhodovací procesy, a znakových sad pro krizové řízení byla navržena Metodika pro tvorbu vybrané dokumentační činnosti krizového štábu včetně návrhu grafických značek využitelných pro činnost krizových štábů na úrovni obce s rozšířenou působností. Konkrétním výstupem je sada formulářů a grafických značek využitelných pro práci krizových štábů obcí s rozšířenou působností při řešení mimořádných událostí nebo krizových situací.

This thesis deals with the functioning of the crisis staff, particularly with the documentation and map symbolism in case of emergency. For the purpose of this thesis, the decomposition of the system of the safety documentation of the crisis staff was done. The thesis includes the research of current and past sign sets used in crisis management, both in the Czech republic and abroad. Based on the analysis of available documents made for the documentation activities of the crisis staff dependant on the decision-making processes of the crisis staff, including the sign sets for crisis management, the Methodology for the creation of selected documentation of the crisis staff and the design of the graphic signs that can be used in solving of the emergency situations on the level of municipalities with extended competence, was designed. The concrete outcome of this work is a set of forms and graphic signs that can be used for the work of crisis staff of the municipalities with extended competence when dealing with states of emergency.
