Vymáhání pojistného na sociální pojištění

Abstract

In the submitted thesis there are presented particular forms of ways for recovering of outstanding insurance premiums, penalty payments and fines for social security, and state policy of employment, within the frame of administrative and judicial executions of decisions. The first part of the thesis summarises basic terms – the meaning of insurance, social security, state policy of employment, then it recapitulates who the payers are, and the moment when the duty to pay the insurance originates. In the next part there are described in more details particular procedures at administrative and judicial executions of decisions, and together with these there are elaborated data concerning fruitfulness of outstanding insurance premiums recovering within the frame of administrative and judicial proceedings. The conclusion of the thesis rates the fruifulness of premiums recovering in connection with the linked problems, which in fact was the aim of this thesis.
