This thesis deals with the solution of extraordinary events combined with the risk of the possible occurance of radiation sources by Fire-fighting brigade groups of the Czech republic. In the first part this thesis analyses in details activities of sophisticated units of this Fire brigade according to their predetermined tasks with solutions of antiradiation accidents. The second part summarize activities of mobile chemical laboratories of fire-fighting brigade groups, which can offer sophisticated assistance during getting through the extraordinary accidents with radiation accurence. Next chapter describes contemporary mobile equipment of this chemical laboratories according to their possible tasks during radiation accidents. In the last part, there is described the proposal of methodics for the identification and evaluation of radionuclides activities with the selected instrument Inspector 1000, based on practical and experimental messurements with this instrument.
