Abstract
This thesis deals with the quantitative methods of human resource planning. The aim is to create a capacity model that will become a tool for determining the optimal workforce and backup capacity to ensure a minimum availability of financial institution processes for the following period. For predictions will be used historical development of a quantity of requests, processing time and other measurable data.
For this purpose, the processes of the company will be divided by the types of deadlines for daily, hourly limited with urgent requests and immediate. For all types of processes is performed the daily prediction of the necessary workforce and for processes with a limit of less than a day, where also play a role intraday fluctuations, in addition hourly optimization.
