Optimalizace vybavení jednotek SDH technickými prostředky pro likvidaci následků větrných smrští a orkánů

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is about designing the optimal firefighting equipment of volunteer fire brigade units into technical resources used for windstorms’ and hurricanes’ consequences liquidation. The text part is divided into three parts. The first part is a brief description of winds’ and hurricanes’ creation, which took place in the past in Czech Republic. The second part contains of statistics of investigation comprising of winds’ speed and prevalent unites’ activities during windstorms and hurricanes. Furthermore, it contains of analysis of current equipment of the units’ of volunteer fire brigade of municipality in firefighting technical resources. The last part outlines possible situations for which optimal precautions are subsequently proposed. In the end, the identified shortcomings are summarized and proposal for an amendment of the decree no. 53/2010 Coll about fire equipment technical conditions is created.
