Systém řízení rizik při použivání hořlavých látek ve výrobním procesu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the description and analysis of the current usage of flammable substances in the manufacturing process (the application of paints and painting of objects) according to NV No.406/2004Sb., about detailed requirements to ensure the safety and the protection of health at work in potentially explosive atmospheres. Records of working accidents in the company were used to find hazardous places in the process of handling with flammable substances. Further the analysis of risk was performed to identify and quantify additional risks. Based on results of the risk analysis have been proposed methods to minimize risks concerning the usage of flammable substances (paints) in the manufacturing process.
