Snížení rizika brusného prachu ve strojním provozu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá snižováním rizika brusného prachu ve strojním provozu. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní poznatky o prachu, výbuchu a o faktorech, které výbuch ovlivňují. Dále teoretická část obsahuje informace o hygienických limitech. V praktické části je popsán provoz, postup technologie a zdroj vzniku prachu. Následně jsou určeny požárně technické charakteristiky a provedena analýza nebezpečí. Na základě provedené analýzy jsem navrhnul organizační a technické opatření, mezi které patří harmonogram úklidových prací a úklidový předpis.

This thesis is dealing with risk reduction of grinding dust in mechanical engineering. There is described basic knowledge about dust, explosion and factors that affects explosion in the theoretical part. After that the theoretical part contains informations about hygienical limits. Practical part describes plant, technology procedure and source of dust generation. Next there are defined fire-technical characteristics and there is realized danger analysis. According to the analysis I have suggested organizational and technical steps, among which belong schedule of cleaning work and cleaning instructions.
