Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is a proposal to improve the marketing communication of the maternity hospital. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, basic theoretical knowledge from selected areas is written down. In the practical part, the preparation and then the results of the questionnaire survey are indicated.
