Vybrané aspekty dopravy v ostravské aglomeraci

Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate selected aspects of transport in Ostrava agglomeration and submit proposals for their improvement. Ostrava agglomeration is defined functionally at thesis and transport on its territory divided according to individual species that occur in it. Described the evolution and present proposals for transport in the future. In thesis is characterized by an extensive road network and major rail move agglomeration, which gradually integrate within the Integrated Transport System MSK ODIS. Along with these modes is in the agglomeration also integrated public transport. In the Ostrava agglomeration is also Leos Janacek Airport, which connects the agglomeration with the world.
