Diagnostika vybraných druhov patogénnych mikroorganismov

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor work is to describe classification, morphology and physiology of bacteria, their physique, growth and also create a brief summary influence of the individual kinds of bacteria on the human organism. In my thesis i want to get near the negative influence on the human health caused by Salmonella enterica, Shigella, Escherischia, Vibrio, Staphylococcus and Listeria. This kinds can produce very faithful disease in the human organism which can also cause death. I also want to afford and familiarize possibilities of prevention ahead of bacteria. I also want to describe possibilities of bacteria identification through the MIKRO-LA-TESTS.
