Aplikace controllingu a KPI ukazatelů v účetní jednotce

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Aplikace controllingu a KPI ukazatelů v účetní jednotce“ je formálně rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části diplomové práce je charakterizován controlling včetně hlavních cílů a zásad. Dále jsou zde popsány klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti společně i s definováním výkonnosti. V praktické části byly teoretické znalosti aplikovány na vybrané účetní jednotky včetně předložených controllingových návrhů a klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti.

The Master thesis "Application of Controlling and KPI Indicators in an Accounting Entity" is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the thesis, controlling is characterized, including the main objectives and principles. Furthermore, the key performance indicators are described together with the definition of performance. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge has been applied to selected Accounting Entities including the presented controlling proposals and key performance indicators.
