Návrh laboratorní úlohy pro paralelně probíhající test výrobků

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to design laboratory experiment which demonstrates parallelism of industrial product testing. The first part of this thesis is focused on possibilities of improving time effectivity of testing and also reducing the cost of testers using hardware switches. The practical part of this thesis introduces design and realization of two devices. The first device is Printed Circuit Board (PCB), which contains multiplexer switch that is used for switching measuring instruments between tested modules during testing, what reduces the number of measuring instruments on tester. The switch is designed and constructed by own design because of financial reasons. The second device is Printed Circuit Board, which contains 4 identical tested modules. Each module contains 4 different units which are tested. Software part of this thesis contains two applications which are implemented in graphical programming language LabVIEW. One of these applications is used for control switch and the second is implemented for tested module testing with optional parallel or nonparallel testing for comparison time claims.
