Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the study highlighting the possible use of alternative energy sources during emergency situations. The introductory section describes the basic legal standards relating to the use of renewable energy sources and resolving crisis situations in the event of a mass power outage. The next part is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the field of alternative energy sources and area blackouts. The main objective is to make the widest possible summary of information on these non-traditional sources of electricity and apply the vision realizable in the Czech Republic.
