Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the project documentation of an apartment building in the level of documentation for a building permit according to the annex to Decree No. 499/1006 Coll., As amended by Decree No. 405/2017 Coll .: Annex No. 12: Scope and content of project documentation for notification constructions referred to in § 104 par. 1 let. a) to e) of the Building Act or for the issuance of a building permit. It is a three-storey house, which has no basement and there are 4 residential units. The apartment building is designed from the Velox system. Part of this bachelor's thesis is the technological process, schedule and budget for the 1st floor.
