Obytný dům v Nošovicích – stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is a design plan of a residential house in Nošovice, developed in the stage of the project documentation for the construction procedure. The project includes the preparation of a technical report on the construction part, consisting of the original report and the summary technical report, technological process of implementation of the ground work and the base construction, the work time schedule for the technological stage of the ground work and the base construction, the itemized budget for the technological stage of the ground work and the base construction, and the drawing documentation. The residential house is designed as a three-storey, cellared building with a saddle roof. The house is designed in a complete brick system Porotherm. The object contains five residential units whose sizes correspond to the demands of one generation families. The result of the thesis is the developed project in the stage of project documentation for the construction procedure pursuant to Regulation no. 62/2013 Coll. about projects documentation.
