Formalizace ekonomického a řídícího systému ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu

Abstract

My work is focused on the issue of formalization of economic and management system in SME. The goal of my work is to evaluate the level of formalization of economic and management system in selected small business, and to propose a solution that would improve this system. In the theoretical part of work I deal with methodology used to assess the level of economic formalization and control system. I also focus on the documentation, which is used for the formalization in the small businesses. In the analytical part of work I analyse economic operation of economic and control system and its level of formalization in business entity Michal Seidler – mSolution.cz. Management audit, coaching techniques, interviews and insight into business’s documentation were used to analyze the level of economic and control system of the chosen business. Based on the analysis I have prepared and proposed a solution for the improvement of the economic and operation system. I have created the necessary documentation too. The implementation of this documentation into daily practice will increase a level of formalization of economic and control system in the business entity Michal Seidler – mSolution.cz.
