Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the environment in which the school facility is located, as well as with the analyzes needed to determine the school's position in the educational services market. Subsequently, certain strategies are defined which should help the school to develop further. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic methods for the characteristics of the environment and the state of the school. The practical part then deals with the application of these methods at a particular school facility. In conclusion, the results are derived from specific strategies, suggestions and recommendations.
