Abstract

This thesis deals with the subject of „Evaluation of Employee Education and Development System in a Selected Organization”. The goal of the thesis is an analysis of the current education system and employees’ development in the chosen organization together with an evaluation of the current state based on what we found out and a suggestion of possible improvements. To achieve this we used interviews, questionnaires and study of internal documents of the organization. The theoretical part deals with an analysis of literary sources that are focused on the education and development of employees. The practical part introduces the organization itself along with its education system and development. Furthermore it is focused on the evaluation of the current state. Suggestions and recommendations regarding the improvement of the current state of the education system and development of employees can be found at the end of the thesis.
