Abstract
The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to clearly define the realization of a building project for a family house according to Technical Building Services requirements, including a project that delivers economically efficient heating. A gas condenser boiler has been chosen as a main source of heating in new family house. The heating system is a combination of flat panel radiator, steal panel radiator and towel rail radiator. The proposed solution is based on the layout of the house, climatic conditions of the given area and availability of fuel and energy in the catchment area.
