Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the design and concrete implementation of sequential control for technologies for obtaining ammonia from wastewater. This project is solved as a distributed PLC system in the Rockwell environment. This is the implementation of a part of the technology, which aims to use waste gases from the foundry, the final output of which will be bioethanol. The programming environment is Studio 5000 and the visualization is in the FactoryTalk View Site Edition (SE). The sequences are removed from the PX plant library. Part of the design and solution is a description of the technology, elaboration of a sequence diagram and the following solution in the programming language. The programming language for technologic unit is a ladder, a world-famous ladder. These sequences will solve the technological process for stripping (separation) of ammonia, rinsing the tank and preparation of acid for the separation of ammonia from wastewater.
