Abstract
The aim of the master thesis is to analyze present system of manager´s training and development in a chosen organization and design some recommendations leading to improvement.
The first part of the master thesis discusses about description and analysis of theoretical training´s aspects and development needed to understand of examined problematics correctly.
In the practical part is represented the chosen organization and its analysing of the present system of manager´s training and development. After that it´s made a survey and at the end of the master thesis could be found the possible suggestions and recommandations.
