Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis topic is the human resource management in an industrial company with a focus on a employee selection and recruitment. The main goal is to propose an implementation of changes in selected aspects of the human resource management in the chosen industrial company (Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s.). The thesis is divided into five parts. After an introduction is a description of theoretic solution of the human resource management, recruitment and employee selection. In the third part is a disciption of a chosen industrial company (Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s.). In the fourth part is an alanysis of a recruitment and employee selection process in a chosen company. In the fifth part is a proposal of the selected implemeted aspects.
