Návrh nového využití plochy bývalého dolu Petr Bezruč

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá komplexním urbanistickým návrhem nového využití dnes opuštěného areálu dolu Petr Bezruč. Variantně je zde řešen možný návrh využití a po následném výběru na základě objektivních kritérií, je proveden návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury a následně je proveden orientační propočet investičních nákladů. Daný problém byl vyřešen na základě analýzy současného stavu území. Tento rozbor zahrnoval popis současného stavu území a jeho okolí a následně analýzu limit. Výsledkem práce je návrh nového centra obvodu Slezská Ostrava. Tento návrh zahrnuje plochy pro občanskou vybavenost, bydlení, rekreaci a volný čas, sport, zeleň a technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu. Hlavním přínosem je vytvoření funkčního městského centra, které v současné době Slezská Ostrava postrádá. Toto centrum by díky své funkční skladbě bylo významným přínosem pro Ostravu, ale také v konečném důsledku pro celý Moravskoslezský kraj. Realizace by zlepšila kvalitu života obyvatel blízkého i širšího okolí a také by zapříčinila nárůst turistického ruchu.

This thesis deal with complex urbanistic design of the new land-use of Petr Bezruč areal, wich is now abandoned. There is solved posible draft of land-use in variants and then after choose based on objective criteries, there is made draft of technical and traffic infrastructure and then is made orientative calculation of investment costs. Given problem was solved based on analysis of present land condition. This analysis contains description of present land condition and his surroundings and then analysis of the limits. Solution of this thesis is design of new center of Silesian Ostrava district. This design includes areas used for public facilities, habitation, recreation and free time, sport, greenery and technical and traffic infrastructure. Main benefit is creation of functional city centre, which in present does not exist. This center would be significant benefit beacuse of his functional compositon for Ostrava, but in final consideration for Moravianslesian region also. Realization will be improve quality of life for near and wide surroundings and it will cause increase of tourism too.
