Abstract

The thesis is focused on the ways and methods of election-depth creation of residential buildings. The aim of my work is to assess implementation choices of technologies continuous bored piles auger (CFA) for the establishment of a residential building on parcel number 1655, cadastral Command in Olomouc and its comparison with other appropriate piloting technologies. The conclusion was drawn based on the comparison and evaluation method of piloting alternatives. The work also includes me developed technological process and the organization chart for piloting the above object, and their relation to the construction site.
