Analýza a zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných měst s majetkem

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of Lipník nad Bečvou, Kojetín, Mohelnice and Litovel. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge, especially territorial self-governing units, the budgetary system including the municipal budget and municipal property. In the second part, all the cities are presented and based on their background, the analysis of their budget management and property management in the years 2012-2016. The last part deals with the evaluation of all the obtained results, including the budget management, property management, own and foreign sources for the acquisition and the restoration of fixed assets and the relationship between current expenditure and tangible and intangible fixed assets.

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření měst Lipník nad Bečvou, Kojetín, Mohelnice a Litovel. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, především územně samosprávných celkům, rozpočtové soustavě včetně rozpočtu obce a majetku obcí. Ve druhé části jsou představena všechna města a na základě podkladů provedena analýza jejich rozpočtového hospodaření a hospodaření s majetkem v letech 2012 – 2016. A poslední část se zabývá zhodnocením všech získaných výsledků, zahrnující rozpočtové hospodaření, hospodaření s majetkem, vlastní a cizí zdroje na pořízení a obnovu dlouhodobého majetku a souvislost mezi běžnými výdaji a dlouhodobým hmotným a nehmotným majetkem.
