Regenerace sídliště „Červený kříž“ v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách a související přestavba stávávajících bytových domů

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodnou regeneraci problémového sídliště v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu území a urbanistický návrh s řešením technické a dopravní infrastruktury spolu s komplexním návrhem statické dopravy a zeleně. Regenerace vybraného sídliště řeší možné způsoby využití zástavby bytových domů. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou vyhotoveny dvě varianty s možným využitím, oba návrhy respektují územní plán města Ostrava.

The aim of the bachorle a suitable regeneration of a problematic housing estate in Ostrava – Mariánské Hory. The work is focused on the analysis of the current state of the territory and the urban design with technical and transport infrastructure together with a comprehensive design of static transport and greenery. Regeneration of selected housing estates solves possible ways of using the development of apartment buildings. Two versions with possible use are elaborated within this bachelor's thesis. Both proposals respect the territorial plan of Ostrava.
