Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a new apartment building with three floors, the design of heating solutions using renewable energy sources, and the design of water heating solutions. The design of the construction part was carried out in such a way as to achieve the lowest possible heat losses of the building and thus ensure the most economical operation.
A pair of air-to-water heat pumps will serve as a heat source for heating and hot water. The whole system is divided into the primary and secondary part, which separates the storage tank. The secondary part begins with a distributor, which consists of three branches - heating, hot water heating, and reserve. The entire heating system is designed as a low-temperature, all living rooms are heated by underfloor heating, the background is heated by radiators. The system will be controlled by the superior measurement and control system.
The diploma thesis is divided into a building part, which contains project documentation and deals with the construction solution of the building with regard to the thermal technical properties of structures, and the technical part, which contains the design of the heat source, underfloor heating, including system regulation and hot water heating. The whole proposal took place with regard to the lowest possible operating costs in the future and at the same time ensuring comfortable living for future residents.
