Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan for the start-up company, which will deal with the provision of services in hospitality. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts, then it explains how the business plan should consist and lastly there are mentioned the analyzes, which were subsequently used in the practical part. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a company. The practical part contains the business plan for the start-up company, which contains PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter analysis, marketing mix, financial plan and risk assessment. At the end of the thesis are summarized all findings from the bachelor thesis, which were based on analyzes.
