Strategická analýza vnějšího prostředí pro oblast „temné turistiky“

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zmapovat nový fenomén v cestovním ruchu – „temnou turistiku,“ především se zaměřením na atraktivitu cestování do Černobylu, ale také nejzajímavějších míst České republiky, Evropy i světa. Podrobněji se práce zaměří na vnější strategickou analýzu a to konkrétně analýzu PEST. Zjistit jaké faktory z oblasti politických, ekonomických, sociálních a technologických mají vliv na vycestování turistů do Černobylu. Součástí práce bude také dotazníkové šetření, které má zjistit zájem potenciálních zákazníků a tyto výsledky dále předložit cestovní kanceláři.

The content of this thesis is to map a new phenomenon in tourism - the "dark tourism", especially focusing on the attractiveness of traveling to Chernobyl, but also some of the most interesting places in the Czech Republic, Europe and the world. The thesis will focus on external strategic analysis and PEST analysis, specifically to find out what factors in the political, economic, social and technological influence on tourists traveling to Chernobyl. The work will also be a survey to determine the interest of potential customers, and these results also provide a travel agency.
