Analýza využití prostředků Poka - Yoke ve strojírenském podniku a možnosti jeho zlepšení.

Abstract

This diploma thesis is titled „Analysis of Poka - Yoke Applications at Machinery Enterprise and Possibilities of their Improvement“ and is concerned with the issue of poka-yoke and its economical aspects. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the deeper root causes of the issued complaints and economical aspects them. Then there is done detailed analysis of the complaints, solved using poka-yoke as a corrective action. These complaints are further analysed from the point of view of costs and by the process FMEA. All suggestions and recommendations are based on the analysis of the current state.
