Využití metod projektového řízení pro řízení kulturní akce

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with project management in cultural area, particularly with realization of European tour. The bachelor thesis is divided to two parts – theoretical and practical. In theoretical part are explained basic characteristics relate with project management and event management which is its part that is focused on specific projects mostly with sports or musical character. In practical part is introduced whole project, each of the bands and the subsequent implementation of the project. In the implementation were used Gantt chart, budget and other methods.
