Abstract
Thesis deals with the fiscal imbalance in the Czech Republic. The theoretical solutions are applied on the situation in the Czech Republic and it was considered, which of them can be adopted. It was found out that the biggest problem is structural deficit of public finances. That is why debt tax was proposed. It should minimized fiscal populism of government.
