Abstract
This thesis focuses on the issue of intelligent electrical installations, with a particular emphasis on the LOXONE system. The study analyzes its features, functions, and potential applications in comparison with other available smart electrical installation systems. Additionally, it examines the functions of electric vehicle charging stations and their regulation within the framework of intelligent building management.
The thesis also includes the design of a complete project documentation for both high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations in connection with the implementation of the LOXONE system. The final part focuses on the description and evaluation of the regulation of various building elements, such as heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, shading, and energy consumption monitoring.
The aim of this work is not only to provide a theoretical overview of smart electrical installations but also to develop a practical design applicable in real-world scenarios. The results may be beneficial for electrical installation designers, investors, and end users seeking efficient and modern solutions for smart buildings.
