Detekce objektů v digitálních oftalmologických snímcích

Abstract

This bachelor´s work is concerned with detection of important anatomical eye features in digital ophthalmological images. It is concretely the optic disc, macula and blood vessels. This work describes a complete process from taking a picture of retinal images, its preprocessing to the final detection of above-mentioned objects. There are a lot of methods which are concerned with this issue. Some of them have been a partial model for finishing this work. The theoretical part contains among other things a lot of pictures which illustrates and explains this issue. The content of the practical part is the creation of the computer program in the interactive programming environment MATLAB R2012a. The created algorithm is instrumental in automatic detection of features in digital fundus images. The graphical user interface is also created for it.
