Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

The topic of my bachelor's work was "the motivation of employees in Český Triangl company". My objective was to analyze the current level of motivation and happiness of our employees. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I have tried to clarify theoretical problems, attitude toward motivation and other working factors which affect it. At the end of this part I collected data. Practical part is about introducing the company, getting familiar with motivation system and analyzing questionnaires which are backed up with graphs and comments.Based on the data results I've proposed recommendation which could lead to better motivation level of employees in company Český Triangl.
