Hotel s restaurací

Abstract

21. století. V této době se nacházíme pod neustálým přílivem nových technologií a materiálů spojených s vysokou kvalitou. Teprve správná skladba a kombinace těchto materiálů můžou vytvořit výborné vlastnosti stavby jako celku. V minulosti se v České republice v rámci staveb větší formátů používali materiály, které nebyly natolik tepelně technicky výborné, že by bylo možné tyto stavby realizovat s větší zasklenou plochou. Navíc jedlotlivé konstrukční systémy byly převážně panelové. V dnešní době se však od těchto materiálu již hodně ustupuje hlavně v oblasti průmyslových, administrativních a jiných staveb. Tímto bych rád navázal na svou prací. Cílem mého projektu bylo navrhnout hotel s restaurací, který bude celý z montovaného prefabrikovaného skeletu. Součástí diplomové práce je vypracován energetický štítek náročnosti budovy, posouzení jednotlivých detailů v programu Area 2011 a posudek součinitele prostupu tepla jednotlivými konstrukcemi v programu Teplo 2011

21st century. At this time we are under constant influx of new technologies and materials associated with high quality. Only the right composition and combinations of these materials can create excellent construction properties as a whole building. In the past the Czech Republic within buildings larger formats used materials which doesn´t have a good thermo features. It wouldn´t be possible to implement these buildings with large glazed area. In addition one structural systems were predominantly panels. However in this age since these materials have a lot of retreats mainly in the industrial, administrative and other buildings. On this subject I would like to follow up my work. The aim of my project was to design a hotel and restaurant which will be assembled from prefabricated skeleton. The thesis is elaborated label performance of the building , the assessment of individual details in the Area 2011 and report of thermal transmittance individual structures in Teplo 2011.
