Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze existing processes of selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization to identify possible shortcomings in these processes and to propose solutions that could lead to their improvement. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and applied. The first part describes the theoretical starting points for employee selection and adaptation, the second part describes and analyzes the existing processes of employee selection and adaptation. Solutions, that could improve these processes, were proposed on the base of obtained information.
