Abstract

The thesis deals with a project of the structural and energetic part of passive house. The purpose of my thesis is to make a documentation for construction, which would both meet the technical as well as the operating standards and fulfill the requirements of the standard of the passive house for central Europe. Also next goal is to satisfy the demand of the most modern tendencies in the sphere of family housing, heat engineering and energetics of buildings. The heating and ventilation of the object will be provided by the ventilating unit Duplex-RA3-EC 500/450. The heating of the living room will be in part provided by the radiating images. For warming of the hot water was projected solar system. The teoretical part deals with engineering construction of the house, heat engineering, method of the heating and the project of solar system. The drawing part covers a complete technological and material design of a particular building object.
