Změna systému motivace členů mezinárodní studentské organizace AIESEC

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Changing the Motivation System of the International Student Organization AIESEC Members. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes AIESEC organization, describes its business area, analyzes present motivation system and suggests changes for organization management. Finally, there is a conclusion of the whole bachelor thesis.
