Zhodnocení zadluženosti podniku a sledování cash-flow

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the financial analysis of the company Autolaros Speed s.r.o. Ostrava. It deals with evaluation of indebted company and monitoring cash flow. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the different characteristics of financial analysis, financial statements, methods, and procedures for financial analysis. Special attention is devoted to the statement of cash flow and analyzes of the company's debt. The practical part contains an introduction of the selected company. There are basic informations and captured the historical development, information about business activities and organizational structure. The following chapter, which is the financial analysis including selected rating and default models. Especially is evaluated indebtedness and cash flow. Evaluation of indicators are then summarized and on a bases of this there are the specific recommendations for the analyzed company.
